Pioneers in our commitment towards clean energy
At Plasticos Inden, we were the first plastic industry firm who made a commitment towards photovoltaic use
A solar roof installed on top of Plasticos Inden warehouse allows us to reduce our CO2 emissions by 32%, i.e., 268 tonnes per year, which is equivalent to more than 30,000 trees absorbing CO2. But this is not the only sustainability measure implemented by our company, since we have also made a commitment for several years now to improve our processes and to save material by manufacturing products from recycled plastic and reusing any leftovers. Plasticos Inden has also created a more resistant and long lasting cartonnage to pack and transport our goods, thanks to the recycled cardboard and other packaging.
